The Jefferson-Madison Regional Library reference staff assists all patrons in attaining their information goals by providing access to and assistance with appropriate reference resources. The staff includes professional librarians and paraprofessionals who are available to answer questions and assist with a variety of informational needs.

Central Library has Chromebook laptop computers that can be checked out for use in the library during open hours on a first-come, first-served basis. Library users need a library card in good standing to check out a Chromebook and are financially responsible if laptops are damaged or lost.
